Eldorado Grill, Madison WI

Mmmmm margaritas! I'm a little surprised that it's taken me this long to tell you about the Eldorado. It was my first favorite restaurant in Madison. And not only because they have fantastic margaritas (made with fresh squeezed lime juice!). The food is great and the place is always cozy and inviting. Though that can also mean crowded, so make sure to call for a reservation.

Pictured above are the Southwestern fishcakes. Delicious. And I would recommend anything with the achiote pork. Like the burrito. Or the chalupa! The enchiladas with mole sauce are awesome too. Can you tell I eat here a lot?

A word of warning, you won't be able to stop eating the homemade salsa with chips. This is a problem if maybe you are planning on snuggling up to someone after dinner. I'm not sure that there is enough minty gum in the world to cover up the onions and garlic in that salsa.

  2. Your blog is rather interesting and informative. There is nothing more important in your apartment than comfort and convenience. el Dorado furniture - the name speaks for itself. However, there are lots of unsatisfied customers. On www.pissedconsumer.com you will find everything you need to know about the company and its products, as well as positive and negative customer reviews.
