Pizza Brutta
A good weekend can hardly be complete without a good pizza. So last night I found myself at Pizza Brutta, a neapolitan pizza place in Madison. Thin and crispy yet chewy crusts combined with so many creative topping combinations means nobody leaves unsatisified, or certainly not me anyway. My highest praise would go to the Prosciutto Arugula, a white (no tomato sauce) pizza topped with rosemary, arugula, prosciutto, red onion, fresh mozzarella and parmesan. It's heavenly.
