To me, nothing quite says spring like rhubarb arriving at the farmers market. This past weekend I got some and made this delicious roasted rhubarb with it. I used the orange instead of lemon and the smell was divine.


  1. I'm going to try to get outside before the weather gets severe and pick some more rhubarb from the garden today. I'm doing a vegan rhubarb crisp. Yummy.

    The roasted rhubarb sounds delish and I'll definitely give it a try.
