Penne with peas and honey

I've been trying to make more meals of fresh farmers market foods and here's a delicious pasta dish full of them:

1.5 cups of penne
3/4 cup of fresh shelled peas
1 TB fresh basil
1 TB fresh thyme leaves
1.5 TB honey
1 TB white wine vinegar
2 TB olive oil
A few shakes of crushed red pepper

Boil salted water and add pasta. A few minutes before the pasta is done cooking, add the peas to the boiling water. Drain the pasta and peas and put them in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and stir. Next, heat the honey in a saucepan until bubbling. Add vinegar and a few shakes of crushed red pepper. Cook for another minute. Add honey vinegar mixture to pasta and stir. Add fresh basil and thyme, salt and pepper. Top it all off with some fresh finely grated parmesan.
