This morning I was at the Swedish American Museum in Chicago's quaint Andersonville area. Really, how perfect is that neighborhood? So many good restaurants and cute shops!
Back to the museum...one of the artists represented in their current temporary exhibit is Swede Patrick Gunnar Helin. The large-scale photos of cows in a heavy fog are breathtaking. Definitely worth a stop.
I didn't know about this place. THANK. YOU. SO. MUCH. I am really into the Scandinavian part of my heritage (and the German-Irish too). I'll have to put visiting the museum and neighborhood on my to-do list.
